1. How long will my order take to arrive?
Each TinyMe book is made-to-order and lovingly crafted just for your little one.You can expect to receive your book within 9-10 business days from the time of order, excluding Saturday, Sundays and public holidays. (Please refer to our shipping and processing time’s page for more information).
2. Do you offer express printing or delivery?
Currently, we do not offer express or same-day delivery as all books are customized and require production time. We promise it’s worth the wait!
3. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
4. How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of RM5.80 within West Malaysia.
We offer FREE shipping when you purchase 2 or more books.
5. Can I personalize more than one book in a single order?
Absolutely! Each book can be customized with a different name and message. Perfect for gifting to siblings, cousins, or friends.
6. Do you offer books in Malay?
Yes, our books are available in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. You can select your preferred language when customizing your order.
7. Do you offer hardcover books?
Yes! You can choose between softcover and hardcover options during the order process.
8. I want to order in bulk (10+ books). Do you offer discounts?
We do! For bulk or corporate orders (e.g. baby gifts, schools, events), please email us at tinymebooks@gmail.com and we’ll be happy to help.
9. What if I entered the wrong name or photo?
Because each book is printed exactly as submitted and begins production soon after your order is placed, we are unable to make any changes once the order is confirmed.
Please double-check all details carefully before placing your order.
10. Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to cancel orders once they are placed.
This is because each TinyMe book is made-to-order and enters production very quickly after purchase. As every book is uniquely personalized, we’re unable to resell, reuse, or modify it once it’s in progress. We kindly ask that you double-check all details before completing your order.
11. What if my book arrives damaged?
We’re so sorry! Please take a photo and email us at tinymebooks@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we’ll make it right.
12. Why can’t i stack discount during a sale or Early Bird promo?
During special campaigns like launch promotions or Early Bird periods, we offer our best available price upfront. These discounts are already specially priced and can’t be combined with other codes—unless otherwise stated. Occasionally, ambassador codes and welcome codes may be stackable outside of sale periods. If a discount doesn’t apply, it likely means it isn’t valid during that promotion.
13. What about preorder items?
For preorder products, please note that your order will not be processed or printed until after the preorder period ends. In general, all preorder items will begin processing 5 working days after the preorder closes. This allows time for customization and printing. Once processing is complete, your book will be shipped out immediately. So please allow a total of about 7–10 working days from the preorder close date for your item to arrive.
14. Can I order in-stock and preorder items together?
Yes, but your full order will be held and shipped once the preorder item is ready. If you need an in-stock item sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
