All personalized books are made to order. Please allow 5-7 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) for processing and printing before your order is shipped out.

Once your book is ready, it will be shipped out based on the delivery times listed in the table below.

Purchased a non-pre-order book along with a pre-order book. Will my books ship separately?

If you purchased both a pre-order book and a non-pre-order book, your books will be shipped together. As stated on the product page, the pre-order item will begin shipping once the pre-order period ends. This means that all items in your order will be shipped at the same time, after the pre-order book has been released.
